OMC 2025
The 2025 Owner Managers Conference will be held at the JW Marriott Parq Vancouver from Thursday, 22 May till Saturday, 24 May 2024, in Vancouver, Canada.
OMC 2025 will commence with a networking session on the afternoon of Thursday, 22 May and conclude with the Gala Dinner on Saturday, 24 May 2024.
The conference will feature inspiring guest speakers, insightful presentations, networking opportunities with Preferred Partners and activities that will showcase the best of Vancouver, British Columbia and Canada.

OMC 2025 is being held at the JW Marriott Parq Vancouver, with Helloworld securing accommodation for delegates at both the JW Marriott Parq Vancouver and the adjoining DOUGLAS hotel.
It is highly recommended that OMC delegates stay on-site at either hotel, with all transport to external events departing and returning to both the JW Marriott Parq and the DOUGLAS. Both hotels also offer pre and post conference rates. Click on the link below to book your accommodation today.

To Get Into Canada
- You do need a passport or an equivalent travel document in order to enter Canada.
- For detailed information on entry requirements visit the Government of Canada’s, ‘Requirements to Enter’ Canada page.
- Visit the Canada Border Services Agency to learn more about Canadian customs regulation.
You need to apply for your eTA online before you travel to Canada.
- Anyone flying to Canada needs an eTA in order to enter the country.
- The eTA costs CAD$7
- Find out if you need an eTA on the Government of Canada Website.
- Your eTA is electronically linked to your passport so you don’t have to print anything out. Just don’t forget your passport!
- An eTA is valid for five years or until the passport expires, whichever comes first.
